Chloe Amanda Bailey picks her all-time playing XI
The popular Australian sports journalist was recently interviewed by another journalist identified as Jay Bhavsar. In his latest interview, he asked Chloe to pick her all-time playing XI. To which, the female presenter added that she picked cricketers based on modern-day cricket.
“Okay, let me just preface this with saying I have made this list on players from my living memory, and maybe it is slightly biased towards my favourite lads. You know me,” Chloe said.
Matthew Hayden and Kane Williamson have been picked by Chloe as openers and then she picked India's batting maestro Sachin Tendulkar at No.3. As far as the fourth position is concerned, Chloe picked Indian captain Virat Kohli.
“I just think his(Kohli) personality resonates with a lot of people in Australia. He is an absolute entertainer. He is aggressive on the field, yet as soon as he is off it, he is so gracious and humble. I like watching his post-match interviews because he is always so level-headed and accepting of whatever the outcome of the match. But also, have you seen his cover drive?” Chloe added.
After that, the female presenter picked Steve Smith whereas No.1 ODI all-rounder Ben Stokes and Adam Gilchrist have been chosen at the sixth and seventh position on her list. Coming to the bowling department, she picked three pacers and 1 lone spinner. Her pacer's list consists of Brett Lee, Jasprit Bumrah and Glenn McGrath whereas Shane Warne was the sole spinner in her list.
