NZ vs BAN: Ebadot Hossain concedes seven overthrow runs after a dropped catch
New Zealand and Bangladesh are currently facing each other in the second test match. Moreover, the second test match is being played at the Hagley Park South in New Zealand. Bangladesh went on to create history after beating New Zealand in the first test match.
They came in as the underdogs but went on to beat New Zealand with a dominating and wonderful performance. The Kiwis were struggling in the first test match and Bangladesh were riding on confidence. This was a dominant performance from the Bangla Tigers. They were thoroughly dominant in their approach.
However, New Zealand will be hoping to script a comeback to save the series. Bangladesh are already one-nil up and even if they go on to draw the second test match, then history could be scripted. It is not easy to win on a surface like that of New Zealand. Teams like India and Australia have gone on to struggle in New Zealand due to the sheer home advantage.
But if Bangladesh can create history then they can certainly be taken seriously in the test cricket and cricket as a whole. However, New Zealand has gone on to have a great start in the second test match. While Bangladesh is struggling in the tough conditions of Hagley Oval. Bangladesh last bowler had a terrible incident on the first day of the second test match. He was very unlucky how things took place during the second test match. Certain Bangladeshi fielders goofed up everything.
A slip fielder dropped a catch on the bowling of Ebadot Hossain. The Bowl then went for seven overthrows. And Ebadot Hossain was certainly not happy with how the things proceeded. In the end, it was he who had to chase the bowl at the boundary.
