Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy 2021: The eventful domestic tournament of India has finally gone on to conclude. The T20 final was played between Karnataka and Tamil Nadu. Karnataka came on to bat first but nothing went according to the plan for them. The South Indian team was massively struggling during the first innings. And the top order had gone on to fail once again.
Moreover, it was the quality bowling from the Tamil Nadu bowlers that kept them in the T20 cricket game. However, the lower-order batsman somehow managed to find big hits against the in-form Tamil Nadu bowlers.
Karnataka went on to score 151 runs in the first innings of the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy final. Moreover, the vital runs from Abhinav Manohar and Praveen Dubey helped the team a lot. Abhinav Manohar went on to score 46 runs from 37 balls while Praveen Dubey went on to score 33 runs.
However, even Tamil Nadu batsman got off to a brilliant start in the second innings. Both their openers build up a crucial partnership. Hari Nishanth went on to score 23 runs. While N Jagadeesan went on to score 41 runs from 46 balls.
But Karnataka bowlers somehow went on to make a comeback after removing a couple of players. However, Shah Rukh Khan was brilliant from the beginning itself. He went on to play a crucial knock in the ending part of the second innings in the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy final.

The last over required 16 runs for Tamil Nadu to reclaim their trophy. Both Sai Kishore and Shah Rukh Khan were in the middle of the park. However, the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy final went till the last ball when Tamil Nadu required 5 runs from the last ball.
And Shahrukh Khan went on to lodge a beautiful six off the left-arm bowler. It was a brilliant way to finish things off. Moreover, Tamil Nadu have got their Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy back which they won in the last year.
